Tandy wanted a Carnival Theme celebrate first birthday for Harvey. She saw a carousel ride at Sandton City, which was the inspiration behind the theme. They wanted the colors brighter, which may be incorporated the likes of bold blues, reds and yellows.
The theme was during the celebration of the & amp; # Performed 8216over the top "candy table in the Carousel bouncy castle. It was carnival favorites like toffee apples, fresh popcorn and cotton candy, old fashioned sherbet, lollipops and soda.
