Background:
In 1999, the owners found a "un-buildable" a lot while surfing the net for inexpensive vacant lots in Seattle. At first attracted by the value, the owners soon realized that the parking lot was right next to the park where her neighborhood garden plot was positioned. Despite the challenges posed by the amount presented itself, the vacant lot as seemed great to forego a cost of $ 15,000 for the sale. Ten years of organizing / style, construction and sweat equity later, her project has been realized
